If you receive a product from Inherit Spices with a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a return. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product. We may require photographic evidence of the defect to process your return efficiently.
Once your return is approved, you can choose to receive either a replacement product or a full refund. Return shipping costs will be covered by Inherit Spices in the case of manufacturing defects.
Please note that this return policy only applies to products with manufacturing defects. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to mishandling.
